Free shipping is only offered within the Singapore for standard domestic shipping (above $50).

What is your exchange and return policy?

We are highly confident that our product is of the best quality. However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at contact@getxceed.com and we will be happy to do a 1-to-1 exchange or issue you a full refund less processing fee* within 30 days in the original method of payment.

  • Must include a valid original purchase order number from getXceed.com.
  • Purchases made outside of getXceed.com must contact respective seller for returns.
  • Returned products must be in their brand new condition, with the original packaging and without any missing contents.
  • We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received
  • Exchanges will be charged at a flat rate of $20 and a courier will be arranged to facilitate the exchange.

*Please note that there will be a processing fee of $20 per line of item for any order cancellation/refund. This is due to payment processing fee our merchant charged us and the handling fee which we're unable to get a refund for.

* Sale & Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

How do I exchange or return my items?

Simply email us at contact@getxceed.com or reach out to us via the live chat feature on the bottom right of the page with photos of your current items and we will guide you on the exchange procedures.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 12 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the returned item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days. If you return your items after 30 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Do you refund international orders? Yes, we do! Our return policy applies to all of our international customers. Kindly note that we are not responsible for return shipping on international orders and will not provide reimbursement for any international return shipping charges.

Do you refund International Duties and Taxes?

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
